– Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
– Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
– Set up and troubleshoot email accounts, printers, and other office equipment
– Assist with software installations and updates
– Perform system backups and data recovery
– Monitor network performance and security
– Collaborate with team members to resolve IT-related problems
– Document technical procedures and solutions
Skills:
– Proficient in MacOS and Windows operating systems
– Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
– Experience with IT service management tools such as Remedy or ServiceNow
– Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira for issue tracking
– Understanding of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques
– Knowledge of firewall configurations and network security protocols
– Strong problem-solving skills to provide effective IT support
– Basic understanding of computer networking concepts
– Excellent communication skills to interact with users and explain technical concepts
