Food Service Manager Full Time

2303473 Ontario Inc (o/a Subway) located in Terminal 1 Departures – Toronto Pearson Airport, Mississauga, ON is seeking a full time permanent Food Service Manager.

Salary: $25.00 hourly, 40 hours weekly

Requirements: Languages – English; Education – College/CEGEP; Experience – 1 year+
|
Responsibilities:

Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, kitchen and cleaning supplies; Evaluate daily operations; Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget; Monitor revenues to determine labour cost; Monitor staff performance; Plan and organize daily operations; Set staff work schedules; Supervise staff; Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures; Conduct performance reviews; Cost products and services; Organize and maintain inventory; Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies; Participate in marketing plans and implementation; Address customers’ complaints or concerns; Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food; Prepare budget and cost estimates.
