This Opportunity:

We are looking for a full-time Window Washer Supervisor to join us in overseeing, supervising, and growing our commercial window cleaning team. As a member of the window servicing team, this role will be ideally suited to a proactive leader responsible for motivating, encouraging, and coaching the team in future growth, as well as providing supervision and assistant on-site during services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise cleaning staff to ensure services are executed safely and to a high-quality standard, including on-site at residential or commercial locations
• Develop and review employee schedules, overseeing their responsibilities and maximizing staff efficiencies for all service calls
• Support management in the hiring and training of new personnel, as needed
• Coordinate and liaise with staff, managers, and contractors as required
• Manage client service requests and ensure services are properly scheduled
• Call and field customer and staff questions and needs, including issuing pricing quotes, invoices, and collecting payments
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks with equipment and materials required for jobs
• Perform cleaning duties when required
• Removal of debris and tripping hazards and ensure site is cleaned up properly following each service
• Attend to spills of varying natures, ensuring proper protocols for cleaning specific waste materials
• Keep good inventory of products and tools, ordering from suppliers as necessary

Position Requirements:

Your Experience

• Minimum 2 years experience in supervisor/leadership position
• Minimum 2 years experience in window washing or similar commercial cleaning contracting environments
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning materials and equipment, as well as health and safety standards

Your Qualities

• Accuracy and detail-oriented with an ability to handle multiple priorities
• Familiarity with industry and technical terms and processes
• Ability to work within strict time frames and deadlines
• Can coordinate work between cleaners, clients, and upper management
• Success in training, development of others, and leading and building strong stable teams
• Excellent organizational and creative problem-solving abilities
• Proactive and able to continuously manage change in a fast-paced, energetic work environment
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends, according to business needs
• Ability to work in a repetitive and physically demanding role with lots of standing, awkward positions, and heights
