Coffee Roasting Foreman Full Time

Elliott Coffee Roasting Company Inc (dba Dose Coffee) is seeking an experienced (1-2 years) Coffee Roaster Supervisor. The role is multi-facted and includes (but is not limited to) customer/ supplier relations, procurement, inventory management, quality control, coffee roasting, packaging, fulfillment and maintenance. Much of the work is carried out independently so requires someone who is self motivated and able to troubleshoot issues as they arise. The role is located in Revelstoke, BC.

Minimize hazards at all stages of the food production process
Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
Prepare production and other reports
Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
