FULL OF BEANS COFFEE CO. (JUBILEE) INC. is a franchised coffee shop under the Canadian owned brand – Good Earth coffeehouse. The Founders began with a desire to serve exceptional coffee and wholesome food, in an authentic coffeehouse environment. Now there are over fifty branches in Canada.
We are now looking for Three (3) reliable and passionate café supervisors responsible for the following duties:
• Observe staff performance and provide feedback
• Assist manager in training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage inventory rotation
• Manage and supervise the inventory levels of store products
• Coordinate with the manager to request necessary product orders
• Contribute to the maintenance of food quality and store cleanliness
• Assist in hiring food service staff
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality control
• Manage cash registers, handle cash transactions, and prepare daily sales reports
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Ensure that the cafe menu is up-to-date, well-presented, and effectively promoted
• Perform front-of-house tasks including barista & cashier duties to provide overall support to the team
• Foster a positive work environment, encourage teamwork, and promote professional growth among staff members
Employment Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school
• Minimum 2 years experience in food service or an equivalent combination of experience and training
Skills:
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team effectively, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Service Excellence: Strong interpersonal skills to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Menu Knowledge: Familiarity with the cafe’s menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and special promotions to guide both staff and customers.
