Position Summary
Thales requires an AJISS Program Engineer to work as part of the AJISS Engineering team. As a Program Engineer your primary role is to support the AJISS Service Delivery team with the management of defects for the Arctic and Offshore Patrol Vessels (AOPVs) and Joint Support Ships (JSS).
As an AJISS Program Engineer, you will also support the AJISS Engineering and Supportability Team with various activities such as development and implementation of Engineering Changes, creation of Deviations & Waivers or survey on board the ships while alongside.
Essential Functions / Key Areas of Responsibility
The AJISS Program Engineer will report to the Engineering Services Lead and liaise with the Service Delivery group to provide timely support with Defects resolution.
Assigned tasks are to be completed in accordance with Thales quality and commercial guidelines, contracted time and cost requirements. This includes but is not limited to performing the following:

Special Position Requirements
The anticipated Total Target Compensation (TTC), inclusive of annual salary and bonus eligibility, for this role is $79,028.60 – $158, 408.70 CAD Annual. The Company reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s status protected by local, provincial, and federal laws.
