We are currently seeking a full time Administrative Assistan to join our team in Saskatoon office. This role will schedule and conduct duties to fit in our administrative goals.
The main duties include:
Respond to phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely manner;
Draft agreements, business exploratory reports and other documents;
Collect paper works to coordinate with the accounting team;
Register new companies and open different online accounts for clients;
Manage online utility, tax and WCB accounts for subsidiary companies and clients’ companies;
Assist in applying for health cards, SIN cards, and school registrations for clients;
Arrange business explanatory itineraries, accommodations and transportation for clients;
Schedule and confirm appointments with different parties for clients;
Manage clients and business partners’ databases and files;
Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable and issue invoices;
Order office supplies and maintain inventory;
Other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor Degree in Commerce and/or Law
Experience: 2 years of related experience required
Language: Fluent English and Chinese language ability to work
Required Skills:
Proven experience as a office administration position;
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;
Bilingual skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin);
The ability to adapt to different to develop and maintain successful working relationships;
a confident and mature approach.
