Job Type: Permanent / Full-Time
Job Description:
Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, and publications
Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information internally and with other organizations
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Answer telephone and direct calls
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Develop and maintain a filing system
Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer or appropriate person
Assist the Immigration Consultant with preparing visa applications if necessary
Coordinate with other team members
Track application status
Perform other miscellaneous tasks as required
Qualifications:

Detail Oriented
Intermediate Computer Skills (MS office)
Employment Requirements:
Proficiency in English
Education:
High School Diploma
Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years of previous clerical experience
