Reduce operating costs through process optimization and resource allocation to improve warehouse efficiency and profitability. Adopt advanced technology such as automation equipment or data systems to promote digital management of the warehouse.
Safety and Compliance Management:
Ensure warehouse operations comply with health, safety and environmental regulations, and conduct regular safety inspections and training. Formulate emergency plans to minimize the risk of accidents and protect the safety of employees and assets.
2. Business Development and Customer Management
Market Development:
Identify and explore potential customers, study market demand and industry trends, and expand business coverage. Develop new business channels through proactive sales, industry events and partnerships.
