Responsibilities:
Tasks:
Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
Prepare production and other reports
Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other workunits
Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
Food safety/handling skills
Record production information and complete reports
Review projects or data related to public health policy to determine areas of strengths andopportunities for improvement
Ensure that systems and equipment are operating efficiently and that proper maintenanceand repairs are performed
Train workers in duties and policies
Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances
