Shipper and Receiver Full Time

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
– Ensure orders are finished according to shipping schedules.
– Work with team members to ensure an efficient production flow.
– Operate forklift and pallet jack to load, unload transport, and store goods.
– Inspect incoming shipments for damages or discrepancies and report any issues to the Shipping Supervisor.
– Prepare, package, and label goods for shipment as required.
– Get ingredients ready for bakers.
– Do prep for day’s production.
– Organize the shipping/receiving areas.
– Record shipping and receiving information accurately into inventory systems.
– Unload pallets and stock shelves.
– Perform tasks as assigned by the Shipping Supervisor.

Requirements:
– Previous working experience with operating power jack and forklift.
– Previous experience working in a warehouse in shipping.
– Must be able to work a flexible shift, including weekends and early morning.
– Must be able to lift heavy weights (up to 20 kgs) and work in the freezer for long periods.
– Good communication skills (ability to read, write and understand English well).
– Quick learner, reliable, able to follow direction.
