Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food • Establish methods to meet workschedules; establish work schedules • Prepare and submit reports; Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures • Supervise, motivate team members on an assigned shift& provide input to Restaurant General Manager when performance issues arise on any shift supervised
