The Senior Manager, HR Business Partner, plays a key role as a strategic partner in supporting managers and employees in various aspects of human resources.
YOUR ROLE
As a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner, you will:
Build strong, strategic relationships with key managers, providing expert advice with confidence using line-specific language and context
Work in collaboration with HR Centers of Expertise to participate in the definition and implementation of HR strategies in talent management, organizational development and change management
Contribute to the sound management of labor relations in collaboration with the legal teams, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
Leverage HR data and predictive analytics to identify key trends in talent management, performance, and retention
Collaborate with management teams to transform analytics into actionable HR strategies, supporting initiatives to support and anticipate organizational needs
Act as an agent of change, supporting organizational initiatives and facilitating the adaptation of employees and managers to new processes or structures
Ensure that HR programs are aligned with the specific needs of business units while respecting the overall orientations of the organization
Ensure that HR advice and practices are in line with local and national labor laws
Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing HR processes
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
University degree in human resources management, business administration, organizational psychology, or a related field
A professional certification in HR (e.g., CHRP, CRIA, etc.) is an asset
Minimum of Ten (10) years of prior experience in an HR business partner role or similar position, providing strategic support to management teams (workforce planning, talent management, HR analytical skills, etc.)
Ability to understand business issues and influence the alignment of HR strategies with the company’s overall objectives
Ability to propose innovative solutions to business challenges
Good understanding of labor laws and legal obligations related to human resources
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and HR centers of expertise to ensure the implementation of HR initiatives
Bilingualism: Good communication skills, both oral and written in English and French (Frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our Hong Kong, London and New York offices, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)
