ABOUT THE TEAM
The Business and Technology Governance (BTG) team ensures that an appropriate governance and control environment is in place by maintaining PSP Investments’ corporate procedures and reviewing internal controls.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
As a Senior Analyst, Business and Technology Governance (BTG), you’ll:
Lead the maintenance and provide continuous improvement of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) which includes, but not limited to:
Maintenance and creation of information related to CMDB configuration items
Improvement of configuration management with the implementation of CMDB quality controls
Maintenance of operational documentation in support of the implementation of configuration management
Maintenance of CSDM framework (Service Now) principles in the current CMDB
Manage and coordinate the annual configuration items review process with relevant stakeholders (Data Certification)
Ensure compliance with SDLC and communicate changes to SDLC to relevant stakeholders
Update and launch the annual SDLC training. Participate in the prioritization of new features in Service Now/ Product Backlog Items (PBIs), approve impact analysis and user acceptance testing, and approves deployments
Monitor and report on key performance indicators metrics to the risk management department and senior management team of the technology and digital strategy group Participate in responding to various internal and external audit requests
Participate in the update and review process of key controls of PSP Investments
Assist in collecting and assessing audit certifications from third party vendors (SOC reports)
Assist in implementing, documenting, and executing IT compliance control activities
Assist with Business Continuity activities such as updating the Business Impact Analysis database, updating Business Continuity plans etc.
Support the team in various governance ad hoc requests and projects
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Business Administration Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, and/or a specializing in Information Technology or equivalent programs
CPA, CISA or CIA or relevant experience
Functional knowledge of ServiceNow is required
Experience in consulting or audit is an asset
Experience in Artificial Intelligence Governance, FinOps, Business Continuity Management and/or SOC audits is an asset
Willingness to work in a constantly evolving work environment
Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office programs such as Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrated initiative and curiosity to look beyond surface facts and conduct comprehensive, fact-based, value-added research
Bilingualism: English and French (frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)
