Sales Supervisor Retail F/T $19-22/hr Full Time
Supervise staff, assign sales workers to duties; Hire & train or arrange for training of staff; Authorize payments by cheque, Order, sell and authorize return of merchandise; establish work schedules; Resolve issues that may arise including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages; Organize and maintain inventory; Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers; Manage cash; Conduct performance reviews, Supervise office and volunteer staff; Practice proper food safety/handling techniques; Other duties as assigned. Successful candidate will have at least one year grocery experience along with College diploma/certificate and be legally eligible to work in Canada. This is a physically demanding position.
