we are seeking passionate and service-focused Room Attendants to join our housekeeping team and contribute to our commitment to exceptional hospitality. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring our luxurious rooms and facilities are impeccably clean, organized, and welcoming. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, restocking amenities, and addressing guest needs with professionalism and attention to detail.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Clean guestrooms and public areas by sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces and fixtures.
· Make beds, change linens, and replenish rooms with fresh towels and toiletries.
· Disinfect kitchen, bathroom, and public areas such as changing rooms, showers, and elevators.
· Remove garbage and debris, empty trash containers, and ensure proper disposal.
· Stock linen closets and storage areas, retrieve and transport clean linens, and handle laundry tasks.
· Respond to guest requests for additional supplies and replace room amenities as needed.
· Report and store lost and found items and notify maintenance of any necessary repairs.
· Provide guests with basic information about facilities and policies and address minor complaints.
· Ensure proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment, adhering to hotel policies and standards.
· Accurately update and record the status of cleaned rooms and areas.
Employment requirements:
· Previous professional cleaning or hotel housekeeping experience is an asset.
· Physical fitness and dexterity.
· Must have great sense of cooperation and teamwork.
Your Skills:
· Excellent guest/customer service skills.
· Strong organization skills.
· Ability to work with little supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
