Restaurant Assistant Manager Full Time

Rincon Paisa is looking for an Assistant Manager. This is a two-year contract, full-time position that reports directly to the owner. Spanish a strong asset.

Your duties will include:

Source, purchase and control of inventory
Define product offerings to target Central American clientele
Recruit, train, schedule and supervise restaurant staff
Answer and solve customer suggestions and complaints
Perform quality assurance duties
Other tasks assigned by management

You will bring to the team:

Experience in Restaurant environments (ideally in latin-american cusine)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent planning, organization and communication skills
Proven Food Handling and Safety Best Practices
Teamwork and collaboration
