About Us: At Mac’s Circle K Convenience Store, we pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and a diverse selection of products to our community. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Sales Supervisor to join our team and help lead our sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead store staff, including cashiers and sales associates.
• Schedule shifts and manage staffing levels to ensure coverage during all hours of operation.
• Conduct training sessions for new employees and ongoing development for existing staff.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or complaints in a professional manner.
• Ensure that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and courteously, maintaining a positive store atmosphere.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to ensure products are always available for customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure that shelves are stocked and organized according to store standards.
• Implement promotional activities and sales strategies to drive store performance and increase sales.
• Monitor sales data and analyze trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure that store practices adhere to company policies and industry standards.
• Prepare and maintain reports on sales, inventory, and employee performance.
Qualifications:
• Diploma in Business Administration or a related field is required. Equivalent experience in retail management may also be considered.
• 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and retail management software.
