Restaurant Manager Full Time

Virsa Fine Indian Cuisine is an Indian Fine Dining restaurant located at 5677 Victoria Avenue in Niagara Falls, Ontario L2G 3L5. The restaurant opened in June 2016 and specializes in authentic Indian cuisine (North In-dian, Punjab, Mughlai, Hakka style).

The restaurant is seeking to hire a Restaurant Manager. This is a full time, permanent position for 32 hours per week. The wage is $34.07 per hour. Completion of secondary education is required. One year relatable experience is required.
Job duties are described below:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for banquets or receptions.
