The Store Mgr is running the day to day operations of the restaurant.
In addition to directly supervising employees, utilizing Tim Hortons set standards and procedures, the successful candidate will be taught to place all weekly food orders, hire counter and bakery staff, training and development of new employees, monitoring food safety standards & completing weekly employee scheduling.
Candidate must be a self-starter and possess the ability to encourage a Team environment and effectively coach employees throughout a fast pace environment with the assistance of a well-trained team of supervisors with common goals.
Candidate should possess a positive attitude with the ability to actively create & participate in developing challenges and rewarding employees who excel at their job.
Candidate must have previous Fast food experience or Supervisory experience in the restaurant sector, with the ability to effectively manage the restaurant by leading mgmt meetings and vocalizing ideas to the Mgmt team. Candidate must also be comfortable with enforcing restaurant policies & possess the ability to speak directly to employees on their performance & areas of improvement, comfortably.
Completion / Certification in Food Safety (Serve Safe) & First Aid.
Previous experience in Tim Hortons Restaurant management is preferred.
Successful candidate must be available to work a rotating schedule and be reliable.

Compensation: Hourly $18-20/hr + bonus pay
