Every day, we sell different milk teas with a variety of toppings. Whether you want to take a break from wandering around, or you’re in the middle of a meeting and have no idea what to do during a brainstorming session, you can come here and perhaps inspiration will strike in the aroma of the milk tea.
We are currently looking for someone to join our team as Restaurant Manager who will have responsibility for the following:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate the work schedule and daily operational procedures of the shop to ensure smooth service flow.
Train staff in beverage preparation, safety procedures, and food handling to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen and preparation areas to uphold hygiene standards and ensure compliance with food safety regulations, particularly in handling tea ingredients and toppings.
Deliver exceptional customer service and lead staff in providing a welcoming and friendly environment for guests.
Develop and implement strategies to minimize waste, reduce costs, and maximize profitability, with a focus on optimizing beverage offerings and efficient ingredient usage.
Address customer feedback and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive resolution that enhances the customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS
1. High school diploma is required
2. One year work experience in restaurant manager is preferred
3. Self-motivated and keen to learn new skills
4. In-depth knowledge of residential renovation
5. Excellent communication and time management skills
6. Exceptional organizational and customer service skills
TERMS
1. Salary is $30.00/Hour
2. Working hours per week is 30
3. Annual salary is $46,800
4. Permanent full-time
