Main duties:
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures. Manage staff scheduling, including shifts and breaks, to maintain optimal service levels.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and address any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements as needed.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff, including kitchen and front-of-house employees.
• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control food and beverage costs. Ensure all products are stored and handled according to health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and analyze financial reports, including sales, expenses, and profit margins.
• Implement and support marketing and promotional activities to drive traffic and increase sales.
• Address and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize impact on service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibility:
• High school diploma required; post-secondary education in hospitality or business is an asset.
• Food safety certification
• 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role in food service.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory control, and budgeting.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
