Slaxin Lelum is seeking a skilled and experienced Program Director to lead our culturally based Mental Wellness and Substance Use Counseling services. Under the direction of the CEO, the Program Director will oversee program development, clinical supervision, human resource management, and strategic planning to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care rooted in Indigenous values and healing practices.
Qualifications include:
Master’s degree in a related discipline
Minimum 7 years of management/supervisory experience in mental wellness and substance use services
Registered to provide clinical supervision
Strong knowledge of Indigenous cultural practices, mental health legislation, and trauma-informed care
