Personal Support Worker Full Time

Barrie Special Care Home Ltd o/a Eden’s Garden Special Care Home in Tay Creek, New Brunswick, is seeking four experienced Personal Support Workers.
Requirements include 1-2 years’ experience, Efficient interpersonal skills, interpersonal awareness and patience and a high school graduation certificate.
Job duties include Accompany patients on outdoor recreational activities, Assist with cleaning, sterilizing, setting up and assembling of medical equipment, Perform other duties related to patient care and comfort, Perform other duties related to personal care, Take patients’ blood pressure, temperature and pulse, Serve meal trays and feed patients, Weigh, lift, turn and position patients, Make beds and maintain patients’ rooms, Maintain inventory of supplies, Bathe, dress and groom patients.
The starting wage from $15.65 to $22.00 per hour for 30-40 hours per week.
