Operators are system experts in their assigned area, and are highly functional in multiple areas. Operators must also ensure efficiency, operational conformance, product quality and continuous improvement. Operators function as a member of an area team which is directly responsible for the efficient production of quality products in the required quantities. They operate/change over specified machinery in the assigned area in the prescribed amount of time. Operators must have the skill set to perform the tasks of other associates in the area as needed. Quality and Food Safety
Utilizing knowledge of Q/FS systems. The associate ensures Food Safety requirements are effectively performed. This includes training of other associates on the Food Safety & Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), ensuring CCP monitoring is in effect and continuous improvement of the process with any changes to our working environment is practiced.
