Customer Service Rep. will be the point of contact for processing returned/defective products, exchanges and service requests. You’ll also be tasked with providing an industry leading multi-channel customer experience.

Assist customers with questions, returns & exchanges, customer units, price adjustments, promotion corrections, invoice searches and placing orders.
•Assist with coverage in adjacent departments when required.
•Prepare register for transactions before and after shift.
•Acknowledge pick up orders and pulls product from the floor to reserve area
•Demonstrate skills in listening to customer requests and in creating the best solution for the customer effectively
