Sterling Notary Public is looking for one (1) Office Administrative Assistant to join our expanding team in Delta, BC, Canada! This is a permanent position.
Main duties include:
– Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and other related material
– Schedule and confirm in-person and video client appointments
– Answer office landline and office cell phone and electronic emails and relay messages and calls
– Manage computerized and hard folder file systems
– Determine and establish office procedure and best practices
– Greet clients and visitors and manage meetings and schedules
– Record and prepare minutes of meetings
– Order office supplies and maintain office inventory
Wage and hours:
– The hourly wage rate for this position is $29.00 per hour for 30-40 hours per week
– Overtime pay of 1.5 times gross earnings paid on hours over 8 in a day and 44 in a week and is paid per paid period
Education and experience:
– Completion of high school or equivalent to Canadian standards required
– Minimum 1-2 years of office administrative experience
– Must be proficient in English
