We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth in Spanish speaking markets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, product management, and analytics, with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical thinking to enhance our e-commerce presence and optimize our advertising efforts.
Responsibilities include developing and executing targeted campaigns, optimizing content for exposure, and building strong relationships with labels, curators, and key stakeholders. The Marketing Manager will also provide strategic guidance and support to partners.
The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage both planned and urgent tasks, and experience with Photoshop and After Effects for content creation. The ideal candidate will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Ideal Skills/Experience:
A strong familiarity with digital streaming platforms like YouTube, Spotify, and SoundCloud, and a keen interest in how music is discovered and shared in the digital space.
3+ years of experience in music curation, with a sharp ear for identifying emerging indie and acoustic talent.
Solid experience with Latin music and its various genres (such as reggaeton, regional Mexican, bachata, salsa, and Latin pop), with the ability to connect these styles to global audiences.
Proven digital marketing experience, including developing campaigns that engage listeners and drive interaction.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once while keeping track of details and meeting deadlines.
Good to have:
Photography skills, with a strong eye for creating visuals that complement music curation and storytelling.
Experience curating playlists that create specific moods or narratives, with a focus on how music can shape listeners’ emotional journeys.
Experience working with music labels or rights holders, with a solid understanding of the processes and relationships within the music industry.
Knowledge of music copyright practices and licensing, particularly in the context of digital platforms.
Project management experience, especially in creative or music-driven projects, with the ability to lead initiatives from concept to execution.
Proficiency in AfterEffects and Photoshop to enhance and elevate visual content for music projects.
