Job Requirements:
• Secondary school;
• at least one year of cooking experience in a restaurant.

Job Description:
• Prepare and cook food as instructed by the chef;
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods;
• Supervise kitchen helpers;
• Oversee kitchen operations;
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment;
• Clean kitchen and work areas;
• May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies;
• May hire and train kitchen staff.
