General Manager Full Time

We are looking for a talented General Manager to join our team specializing in Operations for our Winnipeg, (Manitoba) location.

QUALIFICATIONS

This role is responsible for overseeing daily business operations, enhancing efficiency, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth.

A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field from a college or university is preferred. However, relevant experience will also be considered

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Collaborate with the sales team to set goals and monitor performance.

Required Skills and Experience:

• A strong background in customer relations is essential to ensure seamless processes and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge or experience in strategic business planning and change management methodology.
• Familiarity with multiple market segments in Winnipeg and the surrounding area.
