ED1 – A secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives
E1 – Experience in data entry using spreadsheet, word processing and/or database software.
E2 – Experience in providing service or processing requests from internal or external clients in an office environment
E3 – Experience providing general administrative support services

Reliability Status security clearance – or Secret security clearance
Willing and able to work overtime as required, may be on short notice.
OTHER CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
One or more of the following conditions may be required depending upon the position being staffed:
Physical effort required when lifting, carrying and handling boxes of records and other various materials up to 20 kilograms.
Walking, reaching, bending and stretching to retrieve files and records stored on shelving up to three meters high.
Hand eye coordination is required to use a keyboard to produce briefings, presentations and other documents.
Some work is performed in a file room environment where there is a continuous exposure to dust and dry air caused by a large number of shelved files.
Some work requires prolonged periods of concentration, sitting and eye focus when inputting or reviewing data, working on a computer or attending meetings.
Conditions of employment must be met at the time of appointment.
