HVAC Mechanic / Technician Full Time
We are looking for extremely motivated and passionate HVAC technicians interested in being part of a new, exciting organization fighting climate change by disrupting the residential HV industry.
We are looking for seasoned HVAC Technicians specializing in heat pump installations and maintenance, consistent with NOC 72402. Their deep install experience will help us continue to refine and optimize the processes as we scale implementation across North America. Candidates should have extensive experience in installing and servicing HVAC systems, particularly heat pumps, in a residential setting. This role involves replacing traditional heating systems with our proprietary heat pump systems and controls and collaborating with engineering teams to refine product functionality and installation processes.
