Hotel Manager Full Time

The Falls A Family Lodge Hotel is located at 5612 Ellen Avenue, Niagara Falls, Ontario L2G 7V5. The hotel has been operating since April 2016 and is in the heart of Niagara Falls, close to all Clifton Hill and all the main attractions.

The hotel is seeking to hire a Hotel Manager. This is a full time, permanent position for 32 hours per week. The wage is $34.07 per hour. Completion of secondary education is required. One year relatable experi-ence is required.
Job duties are listed below:
• Develop, implement and evaluate policies and procedures for the operation of the department or establishment
• Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
• Participate in the development of pricing and promotional strategies
• Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
• Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities for conventions, banquets, receptions and other functions
• Recruit and supervise staff, oversee training and set work schedules
• Resolve customer complaints.
