Food service supervisor – Scenic Drive Full Time

A&W in Scenic Drive is seeking for eight (8) full time Food service supervisor.
Job type: Full-time, permanent employment. Work includes various shifts (Day, Early Morning, Evening, Morning, Night, Shift, Weekend)
Hours of Operation : 24 hours (24/7)

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
Work setting: Fast food outlet or concession
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in food service sector

RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks
-Establish methods to meet work schedules
-Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
-Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
-Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
-Ensure food service and quality control
-Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
-Prepare and submit reports
-Supervise and check assembly of trays
-Establish work schedules
Supervision: 5-10 people – Food service counter attendants and food preparers
