Food Service Supervisor Full Time

A&W Restaurant, located in Espanola, ON (803 Centre St.) is seeking full time permanent Food Service Supervisor.

Salary: $17.00 / hour, 40 hours / week
|
Duties:

Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Establish methods to meet work schedules, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, Hire food service staff, Help prepare budget and cost estimates, Address customers’ complaints or concerns, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports, Establish work schedules.

Job requirements:
Education – College/CEGEP
Experience – 1 year +
Languages – English
