Specific Skills:
Duties will include helping in different production areas as required, such as operating food processing equipment (oven, deep fryers, dicer, packaging equipment, etc.), working at the preparation tables area to process and package our food products, and fulfill orders.

Responsibilities
– Tasks
– Food safety/handling skills
– Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines
– Remove filled containers from conveyors
– Manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers
– Feed and unload processing machines
– Check products and packaging for basic quality defects
– Assist process control and machine operators in performing their duties
– Clean machines and immediate work areas
– Basic computer and math skills
– Be able to work near high-heat temperature equipment and in a hot environment
– Read invoices to get orders ready for delivery
– Strive to advance your knowledge and help rise standards within the department by bringing new concepts, ideas, and suggestions forth
– Transport raw materials, finished products and packaging materials
– Knowledge and experience in Mexican Cuisine (Asset)
– Experience operating industrial tortilla-making equipment (Asset)
