Prepare and serve food at customers’ tables. Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings. Advise customers on menu selections. Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware. Describe and advise on wine selections. Serve food and beverages. Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages. Take orders ad relay to kitchen and bar staff. Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Experience as a food server required.
