Edo Japan is a teppan-style Japanese restaurant with over 130 locations across Canada, having grown significantly from its first establishment in Calgary, Alberta in 1979. We are looking to hire a permanent full-time Kitchen Supervisor who not only has the experience in managing the day-to-day operations of a restaurant, but also have the genuine passion for food specifically on Japanese cuisine.
