ABOUT THE TEAM
Reporting to the Senior Director, Human Resources Strategy, we are looking for a Director Culture, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI), Leadership and Development who is passionate about developing and implementing strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for building initiatives related to cultural positioning integrating DEI, reviewing the learning and development strategy including leadership development and this, in perfect alignment with PSP’s strategic plan.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
As Director Culture, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI), Leadership and Development, you will be responsible for the following mandates:
Cultures & DEI:
Work jointly with the Senior Director to establish the action plan according to the strategic orientations related to the evolution of our culture and the deployment of PSP’s values and support the organization in the implementation
Supporting the team of HR business partners in their role as ambassadors of the organizational culture
Revise PSP’s DEI strategy so that it is an integral part of the culture
Design and facilitate workshops for employees and managers on the various themes of organizational culture
Facilitate focus groups with employees to promote the exchange of different perspectives on the organization
Leadership Development & Learning :
Review PSP’s learning and development strategy to foster continued professional growth and support organizational goals
Guide the team in the implementation of the learning and development strategy
Define the leadership framework, ensure the design and dissemination of the management skills development pathway, and ensure the effectiveness of learning solutions
Participate in the evaluation of external vendors to support PSP’s development and learning strategy
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business, or a related field
Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in human resources or a related business function. Particularly with experience with culture related (with concrete achievements related to cultural evolution), leadership development, DEI and learning management
Strong project management skills and proven experience in leading cross-functional and transformational projects
Strong skills in explaining complex technical or strategic concepts in a way that is clear and accessible to different types of audiences
Ability to deliver executive-level presentations
Ability to design and facilitate interactive sessions
Bilingualism: English and French (Frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our Hong Kong, London and New York offices, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)
