As an Operations Manager, you will provide operations leadership and support to Horizon North’s workforce accommodations projects.
Your work will include:
Ensure that day-to-day functions follow the strategies of Horizon North in advancing the goals of the organization.
Organize managers and employees, determine staffing requirements
Overall Management of logistics, and a multi-disciplinary teams of staff including culinary, cleaning, and maintenance
Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
Completing reports
Align strategies with KPI requirements
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Must have three or more years experience in an offshore oil drilling platform settings managing workforce accommodations, food service, and logistics.
Strong financial and contract management skills
A valid driver’s license is required for this role.
Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test.
A clear criminal record check is required for this role.
