The Office Administrator, reporting to the General Manager will assist with the daily sales reconciliation, banking, team communications, responding to customer and client inquires and other support functions as required.
Your work will include:
Assist with invoicing, reeipts, cash reconciliation and other administrative functions onsite
Execution and implementation of health & safety protocols
Assisting with execution of logs and verification when needed
Assist with answering client/customer inquiries surrounding our Food Services which includes phone calls, scheduling meetings and supporting guests

Facility management or construction environment experience
Strong invoicing/financial experience
