Janitorial Supervisor Full Time Permanent

WHAT’S THE JOB?

The Supervisor shall provide supervision of Dexterra janitorial staff at Toronto Premium Outlets in Hilton Hills, Ontario! 

Key Job Function

• Ensure that all requirements of the Critical Facility Technician are met
• Action all site primary and secondary EOPs, focusing on mastering the first responder role during an emergency.
• Responsible for completing drills associated with the primary and secondary EOPs.
• Be conversant of the BAS and PCS systems and the impact of any state change
• Responsible for navigating the system, interpreting alarms, and perform controlled shutdowns/start-ups/equipment rotations.
• Responsible for disabling and enabling fire alarm control panels and systems

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• High Scholl Diploma required, Bachelors Degree preferred
• Have recent experience (within the last 3 years) working as a supervisor of employees engaged in operating and maintenance activity in a data center or critical facility of at least 300,000 square feet.  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
