Dental technician Full Time
We are a growing dental laboratory seeking a driven, detail-oriented Dental Laboratory Technician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who takes pride in precision, quality, and consistency, and who wants to grow with an expanding lab.
Responsibilities:
Fabricate high-quality dental restorations in accordance with prescriptions and lab standards
Maintain attention to detail to ensure accuracy, fit, and esthetics
Follow established lab workflows and quality control procedures
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues as needed
Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience working in a dental laboratory
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong time management and organizational skills
Experience with digital workflows (CAD/CAM, 3D printing, milling) a plus
Reliable, motivated, and eager to grow within the company
