Rules and Responsibilities:
1. Plan menus, estimate foods requirements
2. Prepare and cook complete meals for the clients in care dishes and foods.
3. Prepare dishes for clients with food allergies and intolerances.
4. Prepare and cook special meals for clients in care as instructed by dietician
5. Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
6. Supervise staffs in preparing and serving foods to clients in care.
7. Maintain inventory and records of foods, supplies and equipment.
8. Manage clean kitchen operation.
