Title of the position- Commercial Truck Driver (NOC 73300)
Job duties:
1. Drive a heavy duty truck.

2. Operate heavy equipment, including lowbed, end dump & demo trailers

3. Safely and efficiently transport heavy equipment, materials, and goods to designated locations

4. Load and unload machines using appropriate equipment and techniques

5. Follow assigned routes and schedules for timely deliveries

6. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and any incidents or delays

7. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the truck

8. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the truck to ensure its safety and functionality

9. Communicate with dispatchers and supervisors regarding any issues or changes
Terms of employment: Permanent full time;
Language of work: English
Benefits: extended health benefits (medical and dental) after three months
Wages: $35 per hour for 40 hours per week

Hold a valid class 1 driver’s commercial licence, able to drive manual transmission, clean drivers abstract
Work Experience: 1-2 years of experience in truck driving. Proven experience hauling lowbed, end dump and demo trailers, proven experience moving hauling heavy equipment, ability to safely operate heavy equipment such as a excavators and dump trucks
