Salary: $95,000 – $145,000 per year (based on qualifications)
Status: Full-time, Permanent

MVAEC and its sister organization, Slaxin Lelum, are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Executive Officer to lead both organizations in advancing the well-being of the urban Indigenous community in Metro Vancouver. The CEO is responsible for organizational leadership, operational oversight, relationship-building, and ensuring cultural and financial sustainability. Ideal candidates will bring senior leadership experience, deep knowledge of Indigenous communities, and a commitment to culturally safe service delivery.
