Job Description:
1. Prepare and cook food for catering events;
1. Supervise kitchen helpers;
2. Oversee kitchen operations;
3. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment;
4. Set up and oversee special menu events;
5. Clean kitchen and work area during and after events;
6. May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies;
7. May hire and train kitchen staff.
