We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to lead our bakery team and oversee the production of high-quality baked goods. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in baking, excellent leadership and organizational skills, and a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing dough for different recipes including bread, rolls, and sweet goods
• Developing and modifying recipes to meet the bakery’s standards for taste, texture, and appearance.
• Ensure consistency and quality in all baked goods, paying close attention to flavor, texture, and presentation.
• Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
• Keeping records relating to inventory and assisting with production management
• Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute daily production schedules, taking into account customer demand and seasonal offerings
• Maintain a clean and organized baking area, following food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Employment Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school
• 2 to 3 years of experience in commercial bakery or completion of some college or
other program for bakers
• Extensive knowledge of operating baking machinery/bread slicer and using chemical cleaning products
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a food production environment.
