Job Responsibilities:
• Perform general office and administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, responding to clients inquires, preparing documentation for shipping, etc.
• Prepare biweekly payroll
• Maintain employee files, attendance, leave absences and benefits coordination
• Prepare and facilitate onboarding documents for new employees.
• Act as a point of contact for clients and third-party vendors to answer any questions or concerns that may arise during mascot creation
• Perform QA on mascot, to ensure they meet company quality standards.
• Provide feedback to production planning on risks to the production plan on an ongoing basis
• Provide telephone coverage; take messages and direct calls
• Maintain budgets and track billing, create invoices for both management and manufacturing division. Follow up on A/R.
• Manage inventory and ensure all supplies are ordered and available
• Plan and coordinate events and team meetings
• Maintain production schedule and employee logs on a daily basis
• Work with all departments that contribute to the production
• Ensure smooth working relationship between departments
• Provide management with detail performance reports on a daily/monthly basis
• Support Production Manager and President on various task.
Employment requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline is required.
• Experience in a related administrative occupation
• Excellent MS Office knowledge
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
