Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative support to our team. You will help ensure smooth daily operations, manage communications, and assist with various office tasks to keep the organization running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and staff.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and phone calls.
• Maintain accurate filing systems, both electronic and paper based.
• Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence as required.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
• Support internal communication and coordination between departments.
• Assist with onboarding documentation and administrative support for new staff, when required.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support business operations.

Qualifications:
• Post-secondary education or college-level training in management or administration is an asset.
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative and office support experience, including scheduling, correspondence, filing, and record management.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing support to management and coordinating departmental operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in handling emails, data entry, and general office software tools.
• Ability to manage customer/client interactions professionally and provide excellent service.
• Experience supervising staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders.
• Experience in coordinating meetings, promotions, or internal communications is an asset.
